Marlon G. Ramilo, M.D.

Marlon G. Ramilo, M.D. attended the University of California, Berkeley where he obtained a Bachelor of Science. Dr. Ramilo later attended the University of California, San Francisco where he earned his doctoral degree and worked at the Student-Run Homeless Clinic. He continued his medical education at the University of Texas Southwestern, where he completed his internship and residency in internal medicine, and served as resident instructor in clinical medicine. Dr. Ramilo also attended the University of Southern California, where he was a member of the cardiovascular medicine fellowship. Dr. Ramilo has also handled physician coverage for a number of hospitals.

A published author, Dr. Ramilo is board-certified in nuclear cardiology, cardiovascular medicine, and internal medicine. He has conducted extensive research and given a number of presentations on the subject of cardiology. In addition to gaining recognition as “Outstanding Resident of the Year” at the University of Texas Southwestern, Dr. Ramilo was also the American Board of Internal Medicine Dallas Division Abstract Winner. Furthermore, received the Annual Santa Barbara Scholarship Foundation Award, the Golden Key Award, the David Peirpont Gardner Scholastic and Leadership Award, and the Agcaoili Leadership Award at the Philippine Medical Society of Northern California.
